Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Warszawa is seeking a Global Security Training and Awareness Senior Analyst to lead the information security education program and own key activities such as the Global Annual training, phishing simulations, and awareness campaigns.

You will partner with Legal, HR, Communications, and CIS officers to drive global initiatives. The role requires a STEM degree and 5–7 years of security awareness experience, with strong data analysis, Power BI skills, and excellent English

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, MIS, Computer Science, or other STEM field required.
5–7 years in security awareness, training, and multinational team management.
Experience analyzing data/metrics from security awareness/training programs.
Working understanding of Microsoft tools, especially Power BI.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Execute yearly objectives and plans for the Security Training & Awareness Program.
Ensure awareness program communicates security policies and requirements.
Create initiatives to engage employees and influence behavior.
Design and execute training formats for all in‑scope associates (video, posters, digital signs, hands-on activities).
Partner with global sector leads, policy, and incident response teams to develop topics.
Produce meaningful metrics for the Security Awareness Program.
