Capgemini is seeking an Acculturation Lead to translate cybersecurity strategy into measurable employee behavior through training, awareness campaigns, and metrics. This role operates globally, collaborating with CISOs, HR, Communications, Group IT, and external vendors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in large multinational settings, a strong cybersecurity background, and certifications like ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or CISM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading cybersecurity projects in a large multinational organization.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Strong background in cybersecurity governance, risk, and awareness programs.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the Group Cybersecurity Acculturation strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Design and monitor global mandatory cybersecurity training for all employees.
• Develop and deliver global cybersecurity awareness campaigns, including spear phishing simulations.
• Own and enhance the Cyber Knowledge Center aligned with policies and threats.
• Lead a small international team and coordinate with CISOs, HR, and vendors.
• Manage awareness suppliers, contracts, and PoC management.
