Job summary

Viseven Group, a leading global B2B MarTech provider for Pharma & Life Sciences, seeks a Legal/Compliance Counsel. The role covers ESG, sanctions, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, AML/KYC, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 support, plus corporate legal tasks, document management, and regulatory liaison.

The ideal candidate has a law degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, strong English, and meticulous, independent work style. The role offers remote work options and global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

University degree in Law.
2+ years of relevant experience as a Legal or Compliance Counsel.
Experience with document templates and registry procedures.
English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher with strong legal writing skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the company’s compliance framework including ESG, sanctions, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, AML/KYC, and other applicable requirements.
Monitor legal/regulatory developments and conduct risk assessments; coordinate remediation.
Draft and review corporate documents; support legal entity matters, permits, certificates, and filings.
Handle trademark registration, maintenance, and protection.
Draft, review, and negotiate finance-related agreements and tender documents.
Provide legal advice on corporate and regulatory matters; liaise with regulators, auditors, and certification bodies.
Maintain records and support governance, compliance, and environmental matters.
