Your responsibilities

• Support Kelvion’s business strategy by developing and managing a supply base that delivers best value, high quality, and lowest total cost supply chain solutions for assigned commodities.
• Ensure the deployment and execution of supply chain objectives and directives, providing input and support to local and regional teams on operational requirements, budgets, reporting, and supplier issues.
• Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities, informing relevant company stakeholders and fostering innovation in collaboration with Engineering and Innovation teams.
• Lead supplier selection, nomination, and contract management for assigned commodities, establishing strategic procurement agreements and partnerships.
• Drive initiatives to improve cost and efficiency of materials, components, investments, and services, supporting both annual and long-term company objectives.
• Ensure accurate technical and financial information throughout sourcing and bidding processes, and maintain alignment of supply base development with company goals.
• Implement and execute procedures, operative instructions, and reporting systems to ensure effective decision-making and communication.

Your profile

• Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within an industrial organization, ideally with exposure to global commodity management.
• Strong analytical skills and market awareness, with the ability to drive cost and efficiency improvements and foster supplier engagement and collaboration.
• Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work cross-functionally and support teams across regions.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
