Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Commissioning Technician to join international projects and influence the commissioning of modern industrial and intralogistics systems from start-up to final tests at client sites.

Fieldwork and frequent travel (about 60% annually) are required. You will diagnose and solve technical problems, collaborate with engineering teams, and implement solutions at client sites across the USA and Europe, gaining international experience and advancing automation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commissioning or maintenance of industrial machines and equipment
• Ability to perform functional tests of machines and verify solutions
• Knowledge of IO checks (input/output signal verification)
• Willingness to travel abroad (about 60% annually)
• Category B driving license
• English language proficiency at B2 level
• Polish presence and passport are required

Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning and start-up of industrial machines and equipment according to documentation
• Test machines and software
• Check electrical connections and IO signals
• Parameterize automation devices (inverters, sensors, servo drives)
• Verify installation operation and sensor positions before handover
• Diagnose faults and report irregularities
• Support client commissioning and cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Prepare documentation, acceptance, and training
