Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Warsaw seeks a Senior Manager, Global Clinical Science – Immunology to lead design and execution of assigned clinical trial activities and collaborate with the clinical team to advance trials.

You may serve as Clinical Trial Lead and support trial level activities with supervision, and you will co-lead study team meetings with the GDO protocol manager while coordinating with cross-functional study teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences (MD, PhD, PharmD, MS, RN or other scientific field preferred).
• Basic knowledge of GCP/ICH, drug development process, study design, statistics, clinical operations
• Ability to understand assigned protocol(s) and their requirements
• Intermediate medical writing skills and medical terminology
• Basic planning/project management skills
• Detail‑oriented with commitment to quality
• Basic knowledge of disease area, compound, current clinical landscape
• Basic knowledge of data monitoring committees, dose review teams, and independent adjudication committees
• Intermediate critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Adaptable to shifting priorities and multiple demands
• Intermediate skills in Word/Excel/PowerPoint and data review tools

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external partners (e.g., KOLs)
• Develop Protocol and ICF documents / amendments and present to governance
• Submit clinical documents to TMF
• Develop site and CRA training materials for SIVs and Investigator meetings
• Review clinical narratives and monitor data for trends
• Develop Data Review Plan with Data Management
• Ensure CRF design supports data collection per protocol
• Contribute to regulatory submissions and CSRs
