Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Business or related field.
• 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with strong drug development background.
• 5+ years in clinical trial operations and/or Good Clinical Practice.
• Solid expertise in Risk-Based Monitoring principles; including Quality by Design and risk analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end risk management process for assigned studies from Quality by Design and protocol de-risking through lifecycle management and reporting.
• Use statistical methods and data visualisation to identify trends, outliers, and risk signals, translating findings into clear risk narratives for study teams and governance.
• Shape how the organisation understands risk and connect study-level outcomes to portfolio insights for timely action.
• Lead and influence across the organisation, coach team members, and drive continuous improvement in TRIM and related functions.
