Citi in Poland invites you to join the Liquidity and Investment Operations team in Olsztyn as a Cash and Trade Processing Analyst. You’ll ensure accurate, timely processing of transactions and support issue resolution with the Transaction Services group.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of operational experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong service orientation, professionalism, accountability, and client/business focus.
• Proven ability to work independently and assimilate and disseminate information quickly.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex client setups across a suite of applications
• Manage client inquiries
• Facilitate the accurate and timely resolution of system outages by engaging with all relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with Technology and Product teams on projects and process improvements
• Perform Production Validation Testing (PVT) on a regular basis
