Job summary

KION Group AG seeks a Global Business Process Specialist to help shape the SAP S/4HANA implementation across ITS EMEA. You will analyze plant processes, map gaps to the global template, and drive pre-deployment readiness with data cleansing and harmonization.

You will collaborate with DtB IE Template Team, coordinate with IT, production, and logistics, and enable local teams through trainings and knowledge transfer while traveling up to 30-40% within the region.

Qualifications

• Several years in Industrial Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Hands-on transformation project experience; SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and interdependencies.
• Knowledge of process modelling and fit/gap methodologies (Signavio).
