Hitachi Energy Poland is seeking to bridge business, IT, and external partners to ensure system performance and continuous improvement. You’ll drive system enhancements, user adoption, training, and process optimization while supporting data integrity and cybersecurity.

Join a dynamic team in Kraków as you deliver training, manage incidents and changes, and maintain documentation. The role emphasizes collaboration, cybersecurity awareness, and enhancing MES/ECS processes to meet manufacturing

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Teklynx - Sentinel or manufacturing and printing management systems.
• Strong understanding of incident and change management processes.
• Knowledge of system integration, configuration, and documentation practices.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and vulnerability management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and support to key users and end-users on system capabilities.
• Communicate new features and drive system adoption across teams.
• Manage incidents and change requests through full lifecycle delivery.
• Ensure accuracy and availability of technical documentation.
