Job summary

3M is seeking a Global Air Logistics Sourcing Analyst in Wrocław to lead RFQ analysis, compile data, and upload into RFx platforms. You will run RFx tools, address Q&As with air freight providers, and support decision-making for spot approvals and bids.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years in logistics sourcing, with strong English proficiency. The position is on-site in Wrocław, with ongoing reporting, data consolidation, and collaboration across regions to improve

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher, completed and verified prior to start.
Three years of experience in logistics sourcing, air freight, transportation, supply chain, procurement, freight forwarding, or a related field.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Lead Global Air RFQ analysis, compiling large sets of data, formatting information and uploading into RFx platform.
Analyze and prepare information to support global air freight spot approval decisions in Ship Angel.
Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to improve process consistency, data accuracy, and sourcing visibility.
