Job summary

Helprise seeks a GL Accountant to join our hybrid Kraków team, handling general ledger work, VAT declarations, and month‑end activities in a dynamic global environment.

You will reconcile GL accounts, support statutory and tax processes, participate in financial statement preparation, and close reporting periods while collaborating with local and global teams. We offer private medical care, a MultiSport card, life insurance, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in financial accounting (GL, VAT, month-end activities).
• Good understanding of Polish accounting and tax regulations.
• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems.
• Ability to work with large data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.

We are currently looking for aGL Accountant - someone with solid technical knowledge and hands‑on experience in financial accounting. The role involves working with more complex accounting topics and contributing to key financial processes within a dynamic, global environment. In this role, you will support the team in statutory and tax‑related activities, contributing to key compliance and reporting processes.

YOU WILL

Maintain and reconcile GL accounts.

Prepare VAT declarations and support tax‑related processes.

Participate in the preparation of financial statements in line with applicable standards.

YOU NEED
