Job summary

Coforge Kraków is looking for a Google cloud Infrastructure SME to drive containerization and cloud modernization. You will lead the transition of core applications to Google Kubernetes Engine, collaborating with international teams in English.

The role focuses on building scalable GCP infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible, crafting robust CI/CD pipelines, and guiding DevOps practices across software engineers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience in Cloud/DevOps or Infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in containerization with Docker and GKE within GCP.
• Experience with IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient Python scripting and collaboration with backend Java/Spring teams.
• Fluent English in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Own containerization strategy and transition to GKE for core systems.
• Design and maintain scalable GCP infrastructure with Terraform/Ansible.
• Create CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Github Actions for automated delivery.
• Develop automation tools using Python.
• Collaborate with Java/Spring Boot backend teams for containerization.
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployments and performance in Kubernetes.
• Promote IaC and DevOps practices across teams.
