Join a top global customer-experience & technology-services provider operating from Katowice, Poland. In this role youll support German-speaking customers with technical issues, repairs and warranties full training provided, no engineering degree required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from German-speaking customers.

  • Support issues related to repairs, warranties, parts and minor technical faults.

  • Diagnose problems remotely, guide customers through troubleshooting steps.

  • Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs.

  • Log interactions in CRM tools, follow workflows and track status of cases.

  • Collaborate with engineering/field teams when escalation is needed.

Your Profile
  • Fluent German (C1) confident, natural communication.

  • Logical, problem‑solving mindset with ability to work step‑by‑step.

  • Positive, customer‑oriented attitude.

  • Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus (but not mandatory).

  • EU passport or EU work permit / eligible to work in Poland.

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Katowice, Poland, for on‑site work.
