Job summary

The Cloud People Germany is seeking a (Junior) ServiceNow Developer to join a long-term customer project on the ServiceNow platform. From day one, you will be supported by experienced developers and Solution Architects, and you will grow from a hands-on junior into an independently working developer.

You will gain hands-on experience with server-side JavaScript, work in a German-speaking project with some English use, and contribute to ITSM, CSM, and workflow automation.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and server-side development.
• Very good German skills (B2) and good English skills.
• Willingness to commit long-term to a project and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support the configuration and development of ServiceNow solutions (e.g. ITSM, CSM, Workflow Automation).
• Implement clearly defined development tasks under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Develop and adapt Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Assist in analysing existing implementations and gradually refactoring them.
