Soprasteria in Katowice is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join their innovative teams. You will design, build and operate secure cloud services in an agile environment, focusing on microservices and DevSecOps methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with container orchestration technologies, development in cloud environments, and must speak fluent German. This is a dynamic role requiring collaboration across multiple functions and a focus on security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on use of technologies in software development.
• Experience in cloud-based products and cloud-native development.
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies.
• Fluent German (B2/C1).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud-based microservices.
• Build and maintain containerised solutions on Kubernetes.
• Implement automated CI/CD pipelines using DevSecOps tools.
• Collaborate within an agile team across the full SDLC.

Skills

Hands-on use of established technologies

Experience with cloud-based products

Experience with microservice architectures

Very good knowledge of version control

Practical experience with Kubernetes

Knowledge of IAM

Very good knowledge in SOAP or RESTful web services
