RDN CONS is seeking a German-speaking Digital Solutions Representative to join an international team in Kraków, Poland. This hybrid role offers a fully paid relocation package and the chance to work with customers to identify suitable digital solutions.

You will engage with German-speaking clients, understand their needs, and drive sales opportunities within an international environment. A strong commercial mindset and willingness to relocate are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent German language required.
• Good command of English.
• Previous sales experience is appreciated but not essential.
• Strong sales aptitude and target-driven mindset.
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Kraków, Poland.
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with German-speaking customers in a consultative manner.
