GERMAN COORDINATOR / Finance Treasury Department

Location: Poznań

Work Mode: Hybrid (1-2 days in office, 3 days remote)

Salary: 11,000 PLN

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the team and hold regular meetings
2. Support resolving employee queries
3. Coordinate and participate in month-end close activities and treasury reporting
4. Assist in daily treasury activities performed by the team

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance & accounting
• Good knowledge of German (B2 level)
• English (A2/B1 level)
• Ability to identify and select the most effective solutions aligned with company goals
• Ability to work under pressure, flexible, self-driven
