Job description
Overview

As a Generative AI & Process Automation Engineer at CMC Markets, you will design and deliver intelligent automation pipelines that enhance how we create content, manage assets, report performance, and drive commercial operations. Based in our Wrocław office, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and operations to turn business workflows into scalable, AI-powered systems.

Your mission: Build automation solutions that reduce friction, unlock productivity, and bring large language models (LLMs) and RPA to life across CMC’s global operations.

Responsibilities
  • Build and deploy AI-powered content pipelines — Design workflows that generate and enhance content across various channels—including SEO pages, social media, and video—using large language models and generative AI tools.

  • Develop intelligent automation workflows — Create end-to-end automation systems for tasks like messaging, publishing, and data aggregation, leveraging platforms such as n8n and Python-based frameworks.

  • Integrate and orchestrate generative AI services — Work with APIs from leading LLM providers and third-party data sources to enrich content, streamline production, and scale distribution.

  • Train and fine-tune custom models — Support the development of domain-specific LLMs by curating datasets, tuning prompts, and optimizing inference pipelines for accuracy and performance.

  • Monitor and enhance affiliate and partner channels — Build tools to track and report on third-party content performance, helping surface opportunities and improve coordination across digital properties.

  • Collaborate across teams to align AI initiatives — Work closely with marketing, content, and technology stakeholders to ensure AI-driven workflows align with strategic priorities and business goals.

Requirements
  • Proven experience building automation workflows using generative AI, LLM APIs, or similar technologies.

  • Strong proficiency in Python, with the ability to build, test, and deploy modular automation systems.

  • Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as n8n or similar tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airflow) is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) including prompt design, output handling, and integration best practices.

  • Experience with content-related use cases such as SEO, social media, or digital publishing is beneficial.

  • Ability to train or fine-tune custom models e.g., LORA) using curated data, open-source frameworks, or third-party tools.

  • Comfort working with APIs and connecting services across data sources, publishing platforms, and internal tools.

  • Attention to detail, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and a bias for shipping working systems over theoretical perfection.

  • Language — Fluent in English (B2+), with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams; Polish at a professional working level (B1+) is preferred.

CMC Markets is an equal opportunities employer and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of gender, sexual orientation, marital or civil partner status, gender reassignment, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, disability or age.
