Job summary

LanceSoft Europe is hiring a software/AI engineer in Warsaw to build scalable GenAI systems, MCP integrations, and agentic workflows for banking automation. You will ship production-grade code and contribute to end-to-end AI framework development, with a focus on scalable, reliable deployments.

The role requires 5+ years in software or AI/ML, strong Python, and hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM workflows and MCP servers, plus cloud platform expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering or applied AI/ML.
• Strong hands-on Python expertise (Java/C++ is a plus).
• Proven experience shipping production GenAI / LLM / Agentic workflows.
• Practical experience deploying MCP servers and tool integrations.
• Solid experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
