How you create impact
  • Execute effective procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial information
  • Identify control gaps, assess risks, and recommend control enhancements to mitigate potential control weaknesses in the Internal Control System (ICS)
  • Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • Execute the daily activities of the Accounting and Reporting department and ensure that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and within the set deadlines by Corporate Reporting
  • Follow and adhere to Corporate Finance and Accounting Guidelines
  • Ensure that all accounting processes align with IFRS and Corporate Accounting and Finance Guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records and coordinate audits and reconciliations
  • Identify opportunities for automation and optimisations of activities
  • Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports
  • Ensure all statutory accounts are submitted on set deadlines for all companies in scope
  • Finalize tax computations for legal entities in the year-end reporting packages
  • Maintain tax and statutory books monthly via respective adjustment entries
  • Prepare, review, and analyze Statutory Financial Statements including notes and submission to internal and external parties when required
  • Provide ongoing training for new team members
  • Cooperate with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
  • Assist in the implementation of reconciliation of IC transactions for transfer pricing processes for the countries in scope

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • Qualification at respective country CPA, ACCA, CIA is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant Accounting and Reporting working experience in a multinational organization
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken
  • Excel advanced skills and knowledge of office-based IT tools
  • Ability to work independently
