ING Hubs Poland is seeking a Data Scientist IV to join COO Risk, collaborating with Credit Risk, Analytics, Technology and IT teams in an international environment. You will identify high-impact AI use cases across the Credit Risk model lifecycle and design proof-of-concept solutions using Python, SAS and SQL.

You will drive adoption of AI while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance across risk processes and collaborate with global teams to deliver practical, production-ready results.

Qualificações

• Strong Python, SAS and SQL skills to solve analytical challenges.
• Experience with AI ecosystems including Copilot and LLMs.
• Understanding of building compliant AI solutions in regulated banking.
• Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in risk modelling or risk processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and shape high-impact AI use cases across the Credit Risk model lifecycle.
• Design and build proof-of-concept solutions with Risk, Analytics and Tech teams.
• Explore and leverage AI technologies to enhance risk processes.
• Apply Python, SAS and SQL to develop and test innovations.
• Turn experiments into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Act as an AI advisor for Credit Risk stakeholders.
• Drive AI adoption by translating technology into business-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with international teams across Risk, Analytics, Technology and Compliance.
• Ensure governance, traceability, auditability and regulatory compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation in risk data practices.
