Job summary

Engenious in Kraków is seeking an experienced Service Manager/Delivery Manager to join an international project for a leading global organization. The role blends service delivery with stakeholder management and a strong technical understanding of AWS and Generative AI.

You will coordinate technical teams, monitor performance, and support the development and operation of custom AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or Delivery Manager in an IT environment.
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience working with custom-built applications/solutions.
• Knowledge of Generative AI/LLM based solutions and their delivery.
• Familiarity with AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions (Step Functions/STEP).
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end service delivery, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate technical teams and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical experts.
• Monitor service performance, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support the delivery and continuous improvement of custom-built AI solutions.
• Work closely with teams developing solutions based on AWS and Generative AI technologies.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular service/project updates.
• Support incident, problem and change management processes where required.
• Ensure that delivered solutions meet business and technical requirements.
