Job summary

Xebia is hiring for a senior role to design, implement, and optimize the Google Knowledge Catalog platform across the European Union. You will lead integrations, enforce data governance, and implement IaC and deployment automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven governance solutions.

The position emphasizes hands-on PoC work, documentation, and platform handover, with a focus on secure access management and scalable data products, within an EU-region framework.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with platform configuration and system integration.
• Understanding of Data Governance and metadata management concepts.
• Experience implementing APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and deployment automation.
• Experience preparing technical documentation.
• Ability to perform proof-of-concept and technical analysis activities.
• Understanding of access management and authorization concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; experience working in multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and enhance the Google Knowledge Catalog platform.
• Develop integrations supporting automated metadata acquisition and synchronization.
• Build and maintain solutions for metadata enrichment and lifecycle management.
• Design and implement data lineage and impact analysis capabilities.
• Integrate the platform with enterprise access management and authorization mechanisms.
• Define and implement Infrastructure as Code standards and deployment automation practices.
• Develop technical solutions supporting governance processes and data products.
• Conduct technical analyses, PoCs, and development activities.
• Implement monitoring, reporting, and operational controls.
• Prepare technical, operational, and maintenance documentation.
• Support platform handover, operational readiness, and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with business analysts, governance teams, and platform stakeholders.
