Magentateam is seeking a Data Platform Architect to lead architectural standards for hybrid cloud and on‑premise data platforms. You will drive scalability, reliability and governance while guiding migrations and modernization across teams.

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in data platform architecture or engineering.
- Deep knowledge of GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc Pub/Sub), Spark, Kubernetes, DWH, Big Data.
- Proven leadership in hybrid cloud/on-premise integration projects.
- Strong skills in technical documentation, system design and stakeholder management.
- Experience with cloud-native migrations and hybrid architectures.
- Familiarity with data governance and advanced analytics frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and integration of Spark‑based analytics, Kubernetes‑orchestrated workloads and GCP services.
- Document and communicate data architecture, integration patterns and workflows for technical audiences.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams on data analytics platform initiatives.
- Guide teams through migration, modernization and optimization projects.
- Support teams in troubleshooting, performance tuning and strategic planning.
