Job summary

Reality Games Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Machine Learning Developer to join our Kraków office.

You will design, build, and optimize ML models to improve game features and player experience, while developing scalable data pipelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of ML experience, strong Python skills, hands-on work with TensorFlow/PyTorch/Scikit-learn, and familiarity with Spark or Hadoop in a cloud environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience designing and building machine learning systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python or a similar language.
• At least 1 year of experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
• Experience with cloud-based ML services, such as Amazon SageMaker or Google Cloud AI Platform.
• Very good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models to enhance game features and player experience.
• Implement and maintain data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing large-scale game data.
• Collaborate with data scientists, game designers, and engineers to integrate ML solutions into the game.
• Improve the performance and scalability of ML systems using cloud-based services.
• Monitor, test, and fine-tune machine learning models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Research and apply the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Work with Big Data technologies to process and analyze complex datasets.
• Ensure the security and compliance of data used in machine learning applications.
