Anshar Studios is seeking a talented Gameplay Designer to join our team. You can work remotely or on-site on upcoming projects, contributing to core gameplay systems and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in game design, strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 5, and solid documentation skills. English (B2+/C1) and Polish (B1/B2) are required. We offer flexible hours and a supportive studio environment.

Salary: 5 850 PLN - 10 450 PLN gross (depending on skills and experience).
