Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Technical Writer to produce games related documentation and supporting materials, communicating business and technical information clearly.

You will study product samples, gather content from product managers, coordinate information, and standardize content across the studio to ensure consistent, high-quality documentation for our games.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in technical writing of software documentation.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain all generic documentation for Premium games – Working Papers and Games Rules, clearly describing game features and functionality.
• Determine the documentation needs of different end users.
• Study product samples and capture information from product managers and developers.
• Analyze, coordinate, prioritize, and compile the information into different document types (Working Papers, Games Rules).
• Use game screenshots that increase users’ understanding.
• Standardize content across the Studio.
• Gather usability feedback from customers.
• Revise documents as new updates and issues arise.
