About the role

The Go To Market Transformation Programme is a strategic multi-year initiative focused on transforming customer engagement, field force capabilities and pharmacy experiences through modern digital, data and technology solutions. As part of Haleon's Commercial Digital Services Value Pool, the programme is driving the delivery of next-generation CRM capabilities, field force digitisation and connected pharmacy ecosystem solutions across global markets. The Go To Market Transformation Delivery Lead is the senior delivery authority responsible for the successful end-to-end execution of Haleon's Go To Market Transformation portfolio, spanning Salesforce of the Future, CRM transformation, field force digitisation, customer engagement capabilities and Pharmacy Transformation initiatives. Sitting within the Commercial Digital Services Value Pool of the Digital & Technology function and partnering closely with the Customer Growth (Commercial Excellence) organisation, the role oversees the delivery of a complex, multi-million-pound digital, data and technology portfolio across global and regional markets. The role is responsible for translating strategic ambition into high-quality execution, ensuring delivery risks and dependencies are proactively managed and maintaining alignment across Product Management, Engineering, Deployment & Adoption, Commercial Excellence and market teams. The Go To Market Transformation Delivery Lead is accountable for delivering outcomes against time, cost, scope, quality and regulatory expectations whilst ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, business priorities and market needs. This role requires a highly experienced leader capable of navigating a complex global matrix organisation, orchestrating multiple global teams and external partners, and ensuring delivery excellence across one of Haleon's most strategically important commercial transformation portfolios. The scope of this role is focused on Salesforce of the Future and Pharmacy Transformation initiatives, including CRM transformation, field force digitisation, healthcare professional engagement and connected pharmacy ecosystem capabilities. The role does not include accountability for Retail Execution, Next Best Action (NBA), Image Recognition or in-store execution initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Go To Market Transformation Portfolio Leadership & Ownership Own end-to-end delivery of the Go To Market Transformation portfolio, encompassing commercial process transformation, capability enablement, operating model evolution, and customer engagement initiatives. Lead delivery across multiple global markets, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities, market needs, and transformation objectives. Oversee integrated delivery plans spanning product, deployment, change management, adoption, data, compliance, and commercial workstreams. Drive the implementation of scalable Go To Market capabilities that enhance commercial effectiveness, operational efficiency, customer engagement, and speed of execution. Ensure transformation initiatives are delivered in alignment with Haleon's commercial growth strategy and long-term business objectives.
  • Commercial Transformation & Capability Enablement Lead delivery of initiatives that modernise and standardise core commercial processes, ways of working, and enabling technologies across markets. Partner with business stakeholders to design and implement sustainable operating models that support future Go To Market ambitions. Drive adoption of new commercial capabilities, tools, and processes that improve planning, execution, decision-making, and customer engagement. Ensure alignment across global and market teams on transformation priorities, capability roadmaps, and implementation approaches.
  • Adoption, Readiness & Value Realisation Ensure markets are prepared to successfully adopt new Go To Market capabilities through effective business readiness, change management, and deployment planning. Partner closely with Deployment & Adoption teams to support successful market rollouts and smooth transition into business-as-usual operations. Drive measurable improvements in commercial effectiveness, operational efficiency, customer experience, process standardisation, and business performance. Work with Value Assurance teams and business stakeholders to define, monitor, and realise expected transformation benefits and outcomes. Establish adoption metrics and performance indicators to assess capability utilisation and business impact.
  • Delivery Excellence & Governance Ensure delivery meets agreed scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Apply Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery approaches to drive predictable and effective transformation outcomes. Establish robust governance, reporting, and performance management frameworks across the portfolio. Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups. Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, ensuring lessons learned are incorporated into future releases and deployments.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with Global Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Customer Excellence, Digital & Technology, Data & Analytics, Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory teams. Build strong relationships with global and market leadership teams to ensure alignment, commitment, and successful transformation outcomes.
