Job summary

Euroclear Kraków is seeking an Operations professional to deliver cash or securities servicing for clients within the Funds division. The role may concentrate on transaction processing, asset servicing, collateral, funds, banking, reconciliation and investigations to drive efficiency, risk control and service quality.

• Role requires good knowledge of Bank products, services and procedures in the area of expertise.
• Direct access to the function typically requires previous experience in Euroclear or in a back-office banking environment.
• Has reached a satisfactory level of polyvalence in most of the tasks and processes of the team. Is able to control adequately most of the processes and elevate when necessary and solve escalation jointly with the team leader.
• Is able to handle some risky operations.
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of the team.
• Usually train and coach in some processes.

In this respect, multiple stimulating projects are ongoing with different departments in touch with the different agents and clients in the world.

Funds is a complex but exciting and involving business, which requires a very good analytical approach, and interest to learn and to understand the fund market and its main players.

Become responsible for delivering cash or securities operations servicing clients. This position may concentrate on a specific aspect of the business (transaction processing, asset servicing, collateral, funds, banking, reconciliation, investigations) and may include leading or contributing to projects or initiatives in the areas of operational efficiency, risk, quality, regulatory and strategy.
