Job summary

Point72 is seeking a Finance professional to support fund reporting and financial statements in its Warsaw office. You will partner with Tax, Operations, Treasury, and Investor Relations to deliver accurate, timely reporting and ensure strong data integrity across the organization.

The role requires 2+ years in accounting (public/private mix) and a degree in accounting or finance, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance scalable fund reporting processes and controls.
• Prepare and review interim and year-end financial statements for funds.
• Partner with Tax, Operations, Treasury, and other teams for integrated reporting.
• Liaise with external fund administrators and auditors through audits and deliverables.
• Drive automation and process improvements to strengthen data integrity.
• Support new fund launches and restructurings with accounting deliverables.
• Prepare regulatory and investor-facing reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Own ad hoc projects for senior management with team collaboration.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and enhance scalable fund reporting processes and controls that support growth, improve accuracy, and reduce operational risk
• Prepare and review interim and year-end financial statements for investment funds, with a focus on accuracy and clear disclosure
• Partner with Tax, Operations, Treasury, Valuation, Legal, Compliance, and Investor Relations to deliver timely, integrated fund reporting
• Liaise with external fund administrators and auditors to manage audits, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables from planning through completion
• Drive automation and process improvements that streamline workflows, strengthen data integrity, and expand reporting capabilities as the business grows
• Support new fund launches and restructurings by executing accounting deliverables, fee calculations, and related documentation
• Prepare regulatory and investor-facing reports, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to reporting timelines
• Own ad hoc projects and strategic requests from senior management, balancing independent execution with close collaboration across the Finance team

WHAT'S REQUIRED

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting
• 2+ years of work experience at a public accounting firm or a combination of public and private accounting roles
• Experience in audit or accounting within the financial services sector
• Strong data analysis skills with experience working with large datasets and reconciling complex accounting information
• Excellent organizational skills with a track record of delivering accurate work under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical accounting information to non-accounting stakeholders
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards
