Job summary

Point72 is seeking a Finance professional in Warsaw to help build scalable fund reporting processes and deliver accurate financial statements for investment funds. You will partner with Tax, Operations, and Compliance to ensure timely, transparent reporting and strong data integrity.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, audits with external fund administrators, and opportunities to advance within Finance as the firm grows. Warsaw office offers a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience at a public accounting firm or a combination of public and private accounting roles.
• Experience in audit or accounting within the financial services sector.
• Strong data analysis with experience working with large datasets and reconciling complex accounting information.
• Excellent organizational skills with a track record of delivering accurate work under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical accounting information to non-accounting stakeholders.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance scalable fund reporting processes and controls.
• Prepare interim and year-end financial statements for investment funds.
• Partner with Tax, Operations, Treasury, Valuation, Legal, Compliance, and Investor Relations to deliver timely reports.
• Liaise with external fund administrators and auditors to manage audits and reporting deliverables.
• Drive automation and process improvements to streamline workflows and data integrity.
• Support new fund launches and restructurings with accounting deliverables and related documentation.
• Prepare regulatory and investor-facing reports with consistency and accuracy.
• Own ad hoc projects and strategic requests from senior management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and enhance scalable fund reporting processes and controls that support growth, improve accuracy, and reduce operational risk
• Prepare and review interim and year-end financial statements for investment funds, with a focus on accuracy and clear disclosure
• Partner with Tax, Operations, Treasury, Valuation, Legal, Compliance, and Investor Relations to deliver timely, integrated fund reporting
• Liaise with external fund administrators and auditors to manage audits, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables from planning through completion
• Drive automation and process improvements that streamline workflows, strengthen data integrity, and expand reporting capabilities as the business grows
• Support new fund launches and restructurings by executing accounting deliverables, fee calculations, and related documentation
• Prepare regulatory and investor-facing reports, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to reporting timelines
• Own ad hoc projects and strategic requests from senior management, balancing independent execution with close collaboration across the Finance team

WHAT’S REQUIRED

• 2+ years of work experience at a public accounting firm or a combination of public and private accounting roles
• Experience in audit or accounting within the financial services sector
