Job summary

Intermediate Capital Group Polska Sp. z.o.o is seeking an Associate in Fund Control – European Private Debt to manage liquidity, forecast cash flows, and coordinate funding for multiple closed-ended funds.

You will work with internal teams across Investment Operations, Treasury and Fund Accounting and interact with banks and TPAs. The role requires sharp attention to detail, strong Excel skills, fluent English, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proactive, self-motivated and highly organised.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Willingness to travel to London periodically for training.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of Fund cash balances and quick issue resolution.
• Maintain liquidity management dashboard and provide analysis.
• Oversee deal funding including funding sources and banks/TPAs.
• Propose investor capital calls and distributions with Fund Accounting.
• Manage bridge/leverage utilisation and FX hedging positions.
• Review FX trades with Treasury and monitor leverage facilities.
• Act as central point for leverage-related queries from internal/external stakeholders.
