Job summary

HeadHR in Poland is seeking an experienced professional to support fund administration, including reconciliations and corporate actions. You will review complex transactions, sign off on sensitive client activities, and help develop training materials while ensuring compliance with procedures and controls.

You will communicate clearly in English, act as an escalation point, and assist the manager with procedural changes and audits.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in fund administration, reconciliations and corporate actions.
• Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert knowledge in the relevant area.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication in English.

• Monitor fund activities, calculate Net Asset Valuations and distribution factors, and ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Act as an escalation point for questions and research.
• Review associate work and sign off complex transactions or sensitive client activities.
• Help develop training materials and train employees.
• Ensure procedures and controls are followed and maintain data processing integrity.
• Support the manager with procedural changes and audit inquiries.
• Assess risk, follow applicable laws and policies, and transparently escalation and report control issues.
