Job summary

mthree is seeking a Junior Fund Accountant to support high-quality accounting services for funds and clients. You will perform cash and asset reconciliations, allocate fund expenses, and draft initial fund performance reports.

The role includes structured training through the mthree Academy, covering banking foundations, funds industry, and applied technical skills. You will work with English-speaking teams and join an onsite training path with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
• 0–3 years of experience (graduates strongly encouraged to apply).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Performing cash and asset reconciliations for assigned funds.
• Reconciliating and allocating fund expenses accurately.
• Preparing first draft fund performance reports for client review.
• Contributing to process improvements and control enhancements.
• Supporting senior colleagues on complex items and escalations.
• Answering standard client questions on fund reporting and accounting processes.
