Job description

Have you ever used two-factor authentication, received a real-time delivery notification, or joined a voice/video call directly from an app? Chances are, the technology behind it was built by the company we’re collaborating with—a globally recognized leader in cloud-based communication services.

We’re currently looking for several experienced Fullstack Java Developers to join various product teams working on scalable solutions used worldwide. Each team handles a slightly different scope, with frontend involvement starting at approximately 10%. Based on your skills and preferences, we’ll assign you to the most suitable project. The frontend stack is based on Vue.js- if you haven’t worked with it before, this is a great opportunity to gain commercial experience.

Your tasks

• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to design and deliver end-to-end features
• Developing and maintaining backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Implementing frontend components using Vue.js — even if you haven’t worked with Vue before, experience with other frameworks (like React or Angular) is sufficient to get started
• Participating in code reviews, writing unit and integration tests, and contributing to architectural decisions
• Ensuring performance, security, and long-term maintainability across the entire application stack
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience working as a Java Developer (preferably with Spring Boot)
• Recent commercial experience in frontend development (approx. 10% of project time is sufficient); if you have stronger frontend skills, we’ll gladly match you with a project that offers more frontend involvement
• Willingness to work with Vue.js in commercial projects going forward
• A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and a solid understanding of building maintainable, production-grade software
• Strong command of English (at least B2 level), both written and spoken, for daily communication with international teams
• Residing in Poland required
