Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer for a banking project. The role emphasizes collaboration in an Agile team to build backend and frontend features and to maintain dashboards and workflows.

You will ensure performance, scalability and reliability while delivering clean, well-documented code. The position offers 100% remote work, with international collaboration and opportunities for professional growth in a diverse environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Java Developer.
• Extensive experience with Java, Spring and Hibernate.
• Strong frontend knowledge: Angular, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience building RESTful microservices with JSON/XML.
• Familiarity with databases including Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL.
• Proficient with Maven, npm, Git and Bitbucket.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Your tasks

• Collaboration within an Agile team in designing and implementing backend and frontend functionalities
• Developing and maintaining dashboards, workflows, and key application features for corporate banking solutions
• Ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of software solutions
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices
• Debugging and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to application operations
• Effective communication with team members in various locations to align with project goals and outcomes

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Java Developer
• Familiarity with industry standards
• Extensive experience in Java, Spring, and Hibernate
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Proficiency in building RESTful microservices using JSON and XML
