Sii Poland is recruiting a Senior Fullstack Developer for a banking project. You will join a Scrum team and contribute to backend and frontend development in a fully remote setup, collaborating with colleagues across locations.

We expect 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, and modern frontend tech (Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS). You will design scalable microservices, write clean code, maintain dashboards, and ensure performance and reliability.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Java Developer.
• Experience with Java, Spring and Hibernate.
• Fluent English in speech and writing.

Responsabilidades

• Collaboration within an Agile team in designing and implementing backend and frontend functionalities
• Developing and maintaining dashboards, workflows, and key application features for corporate banking solutions
• Ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of software solutions
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices
• Debugging and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to application operations
• Effective communication with team members in various locations to align with project goals and outcomes

Your tasks

• Collaboration within an Agile team in designing and implementing backend and frontend functionalities


• Developing and maintaining dashboards, workflows, and key application features for corporate banking solutions


• Ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of software solutions


• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Java Developer


• Familiarity with industry standards


• Extensive experience in Java, Spring, and Hibernate


• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS


• Proficiency in building RESTful microservices using JSON and XML


• Experience with databases, including knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL


• Familiarity with tools such as Maven, npm, Git, and Bitbucket


• Good understanding of Agile methodologies


• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
