Job summary

The Opportunity

As a Full Stack Tools Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining web-based applications used by our global sales organization. Working as part of a dynamic development team, you will contribute across the entire software development lifecycle, from gathering and analysing requirements through to solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Engineering, and IT, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and user-focused solutions that deliver measurable value. You'll have the autonomy to take ownership of projects, contribute new ideas, and influence the future direction of our digital solutions while collaborating with colleagues across multiple countries and cultures.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications supporting our global sales teams.
• Build robust front-end and back-end solutions using modern web technologies and development frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly applications.
• Develop and integrate APIs and services to connect internal and external platforms.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical design, and technology selection.
• Contribute to the implementation of AI-enabled capabilities and innovative digital solutions.
• Ensure applications meet performance, security, reliability, and quality standards.
• Develop and execute testing strategies, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing applications, processes, and development practices.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for deployed solutions.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Strong experience in full stack web development across both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Solid understanding of web application architecture, API development, database design, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience developing secure, scalable, and maintainable applications throughout the complete software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of modern development practices, including testing, code reviews, version control, and CI/CD principles.
• Experience working with cloud platforms and modern application deployment approaches is desirable.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and intelligent business applications would be an advantage.
