Job summary

Netflix is seeking a driven full-stack engineer based in Warsaw to help build developer-facing tools and cross-platform desktop tooling. You will influence product direction, design scalable solutions, and collaborate across teams to improve the developer experience.

You will own features from ideation to deployment, work with backend APIs, frontend state management, and design systems, and participate in on-call rotation.

They should bring a strong perspective on product direction, code reuse, and design, not just execution, and be comfortable working at the intersection of user experience, design, and modern web application development across both web and desktop.

• Back-end excellence: expertise in building the backends behind the UI and designing clean, well-documented APIs that integrate with platform services.
• Familiarity with a backend language like Java, Go, or Python is a plus.
• Robust front-end engineering: proficiency in frontend with a deep understanding of state management and the ability to build reusable component libraries that ensure consistency across tools.
• Experience working with design systems is a plus.
• You're comfortable operating what you build, not just shipping it.
• Adaptability: proven ability to master in-house frameworks and services, finding ways to leverage and extend them to create high-leverage solutions.
