Job summary

IntellectEU in Kraków (and London) is seeking a skilled developer to build and scale backend and frontend services with a focus on security and reliability.

You will design and consume REST APIs, integrate blockchain-related capabilities, and work in CI/CD pipelines with modern DevOps practices.

The role is hybrid (2–3 days in the office), offering the chance to collaborate with a multinational fintech team on cutting‑edge projects. Join a growing, international fintech company.

Qualifications

• Proficient in .NET (C#) and frontend tech (TypeScript/Angular).
• Experienced designing and consuming REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operationalize core backend and frontend services with fault tolerance, security, and scalability.
• Build API-first services integrating blockchain networks, third-party provider solutions, and internal systems with strong consistency guarantees.
• Implement secure service communications using cryptographic signatures, key management, and zero-trust architecture principles.
• Operationalize event-driven systems using Apache Kafka and asynchronous messaging patterns.
• Implement robust concurrent and asynchronous processing patterns for multi-threaded workloads.
• Integrate Web3 SDKs and libraries for on-chain interactions, transaction signing, and state monitoring.
• Produce and maintain high test coverage via automated unit, integration, and functional testing frameworks within CI/CD pipelines.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and operational runbooks.

Requirements

Must Have:

• Strong knowledge of .NET (C#).
• Extensive hands-on proficiency in TypeScript and Angular.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and/or event-driven architectures.
• Good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with blockchain networks, smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, crypto integration, or tokenization platforms.
