Qualifications

• College / university degree, Bacc. Ing. Comp (or similar through experience).
• +3 years of experience in Java stack (Java, Spring) on commercial projects.
• Front-end experience using Angular / React.
• Experience with writing and maintaining high volume servers/services.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiar with API frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of Angular, React, and Nodejs.
• Familiar with GIT best practices.
• Familiar with the use of JIRA / ADO for backlog and problem management.
• Experience of working in scrum/sprint teams using agile ways of working.
• Good level of English or willing to improve/learn.

Job description

This position is remote and long-term. Candidates need to be willing to go to the office in Murcia for 5 days on a quarterly base.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions to client requirements using efficient, reusable, and reliable code;
• Understand interactions and dependencies between software components;
• Work as part of an agile team participating in pair programming, code reviews and sprint ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Support project governance by fully documenting solutions and fixes;
• Work with a range of containerised cloud technologies to provide best in class solutions;
