Job summary

Harvey Nash Poland is seeking a Full Stack Developer for an international financial company in Warsaw, requiring 3 days in the office weekly. You will build and own integrations between enterprise systems and HR SaaS platforms, lead end-to-end delivery, and design robust RESTful APIs for modern and legacy interfaces.

The role demands 5+ years in software engineering, SaaS HR integration experience, AWS cloud work, Terraform IaC, and collaboration with HR and Finance on requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on SaaS HR software integration experience.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and integrating third‑party services.
• Experience with OAuth2/OIDC/SAML/SSO authentication.
• Experience deploying services on AWS and using IaC (Terraform).
• Some frontend development experience and stakeholder liaison experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and own integrations between enterprise systems and third-party HR SaaS platforms (70% backend, 30% frontend).
• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of integration projects.
• Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and web service adapters for REST and SOAP.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance and other teams to gather requirements.
• Act as cloud-native integration owner with security/compliance teams.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests and monitoring.
