Asana in Warsaw is seeking a full-stack engineer to join our product team. You will build end-to-end features, from UI design to scalable back-end processing, and work closely with product, design, and data scientists to delight users.

You'll participate in a hybrid in-office schedule with Monday/Tuesday/Thursday in the office, and optional home days to support your workflow. We value collaboration, curiosity, and delivering a high-quality user experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack experience with React/Node.js or Scala.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong autonomous judgment balancing speed with maintainability.
• Passionate about delivering a superlative user experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a broad swath of the product from UI to back-end processing logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (PM, design, data scientist) across time zones.
• Develop clean, beautiful code and improve existing systems.

• Contribute to Warsaw office culture with a hybrid work model.
