Hostinger is building an AI-first company with a culture guided by strong principles. As a Software Engineer (Generalist, PHP and Node), you’ll develop across PHP and Node.js services, own features end-to-end, and improve the reliability and usability of internal tools used by colleagues daily.

You’ll collaborate with a small, autonomous squad, focus on production-ready code, and contribute to a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years with PHP (Laravel), Node and TypeScript, shipping real products.
• Production experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases and ORMs, such as Eloquent and TypeORM.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in daily workflow, such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex.
• Self-starter mentality: ownership, questions, and proactive problem solving.
• Strong communicator: documents work, push back on ideas, explains technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and solving unclear problems.
• Experience with Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized services.
• Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus observability tools.
