About the Role

As a Fullstack Engineer, you’ll shape both the front and back of our SaaS platform, bringing manufacturing data and workflows to life. On the frontend, you’ll work with React and Tailwind to build interfaces that are as intuitive as they are powerful. On the backend, you’ll design APIs and services that make it possible for our customers to move their complexity from multiple disconnected systems into our own unified software, enabling them to operate faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

We’re expanding rapidly and opening new engineering opportunities in Gdansk. We’re looking for an experienced Fullstack Engineer to join us on this adventure. Could that be you?

Your Stack

• React (TypeScript) —the heart of our front-end
• C# (.NET Core)– The backbone of our platform.
• Angular– working with UI development.
• Azure SQL & Redis– For robust data storage and high-speed access.
• Event-driven architecture– Clean decoupling and scalability.
• AI Integrations– OpenAI, Azure AI, and internal ML services.
• React (TypeScript)– You’ll interface with our front-end team, but won’t own the UI.
• Tailwind CSS— for clean, consistent UI design
• Zustand / Redux— for powerful state management
• Bonus:Three.js/WebGL– If you’re curious to contribute to 3D visuals.

You

• 5+ years of professional experience as a fullstack (or frontend/backend with fullstack exposure) developer, ideally in SaaS or product development
• Strong command of TypeScript, modern React (hooks, context, performance) and backend frameworks (Node.js preferred)
• Solid experience structuring, scaling, and documenting component-based codebases
• Practical knowledge of SPA/PWA architecture, state management, and database design
• Comfortable with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, or similar) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong grasp of security, scalability, and performance in SaaS environments
• Fluent English; Polish at a conversational level
