Coople Poland is looking for a pragmatic and hands-on Full Stack Engineer who thrives on shipping fast in a modern TypeScript ecosystem. The role spans back-end with Nest.js, front-end with Next.js and React Native, and data work with Neon/Postgres and AWS, in a hybrid Warsaw setting (2 days on-site).

You will guide AI-generated code, validate production-quality features, and collaborate closely with PMs, product teams, and users.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript is a must.
• Experience with Nest.js (backend), Next.js (frontend), React Native (mobile), Postgres/Neon, and AWS (or equivalent).
• Java experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, testing strategies, performance, security, observability, and production readiness.
• Experience building end-to-end functionality in production systems, ideally with production accountability.
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted development (Cursor) and evaluating, refining AI-generated code.
• Product mindset and entrepreneurial spirit: you know how to take ownership, and you deliver tangible value and solve actual user problems through iterations.
• Clear and concise communication with PMs, designers, and stakeholders.
• Fluent English and ability to commute to our Warsaw office are a must.

Job description

We currently have a job opening for a pragmatic and hands-on Full Stack Engineer who loves shipping fast and working across a modern TypeScript ecosystem. We build in Cursor and optimize our development process for AI-assisted engineering - most of our code is generated with AI, and your role is to guide it, validate it, and deliver production-quality features quickly.

This is a hybrid position in Warsaw (2 days per week on-site) in which you'll work across our stack (Nest.js, Next.js, React Native, Neon/Postgres, AWS), closely collaborating with PMs, product, and users. Ownership, clarity, and iterative delivery matter most.

Recruitment Process

1. Prescreening: conversation with our internal recruiter
2. Technical interview
3. Further conversation: discussion with the VP Engineering and VP Product and optional peer-to-peer conversation with the team members

Salary & benefits

• PLN 20'000 - 28'000 monthly base salary (employment contract, on request we can consider B2B too)
• On top of the base salary, we offer a yearly bonus (10% target bonus) and a company stock options plan for all employees (ESOP)
• Hybrid working model: 2 days per week on-site in our office in the heart of Warsaw (next to metro Centrum / PKiN) is a must
• 26 days' of paid annual leave + public holidays (on employment contract)
