Job summary

Thrive IT Systems in Warsaw is seeking a Full Stack Lead Engineer to drive development across a React frontend and ASP.NET backend. You will design and implement RESTful APIs, manage data models, and ensure the system scales efficiently in a B2B engagement.

This role supports a 12-month contract with extension possibilities and requires strong frontend and backend expertise. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AKS, CI/CD, and modern web technologies, and can optimize applications

Qualifications

• Proficient in React for dynamic UIs with 5–8 years of experience.
• Hands-on with C#, ASP.NET MVC Web API, Entity Framework, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra).
• Hands-on AKS, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to design scalable, high-performance applications.

Role: Fullstack Lead Engineer

Location: Warsaw/ Cracow, Poland

Work Mode: B2B Contract - The candidates contract will be for 12 Months with extension possibility

Job Summary:

• Should be proficient in using React to build dynamic high-performance user interfaces and have a deep understanding of component lifecycle state management using Redux or Context API and hooks Preferred experience is in the range of 5-8 years
• Should have hands on experience with C ASPNET MVC Web API Entity Framework and designing RESTful APIs that interact seamlessly with frontend components
• Should have experience with database management systems like SQL like PostgreSQL MySQL or NoSQL such as MongoDB Cassandra
• Hands on experience on AKS
• Should have hands on experience using version control systems such as Git and continuous integration continuous deployment CICD practices
• Should be able to design and optimize applications for scalability and performance
