Job summary

Outsourcey is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer in Poland to craft cross‑platform mobile apps with Flutter and robust backend services with Node.js. You will collaborate with product teams, participate in code reviews, and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS to ensure scalable, reliable deployments.

You will work with SQL/NoSQL databases, GraphQL, REST APIs, and Git, applying best practices in an agile environment while driving quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years experience as a Full Stack Developer with Flutter and Node.js.
• In-depth knowledge of Flutter framework, Dart, and cross-platform mobile apps.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for backend services.
• Hands-on with AWS RDS, Lambda, API Gateway; able to architect and deploy in AWS cloud.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and designing schemas.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and RESTful API design principles.
• Experience with serverless computing using AWS Lambda.
• Version control with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Ability to work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross‑platform mobile apps using Flutter for iOS and Android.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend with Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and standards.
• Optimize client and server performance for fast, responsive apps.
• Integrate front-end with back-end APIs and ensure real-time data flow.
• Integrate third-party RESTful APIs including payments and identity providers.

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes quickly.

Profile Requirements:

• Min 3 years experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on Flutter and Node.js, demonstrated through completed projects and contributions to web and mobile applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and building cross-platform mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and experience with Express.js or other Node.js frameworks for building scalable backend services.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as RDS, Lambda, and API Gateway, with the ability to architect and deploy solutions in the AWS cloud.
• Familiarity with database systems, both SQL and NoSQL, and ability to design efficient database schemas.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and RESTful API design principles.

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter framework, ensuring high-quality code and efficient performance on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend solutions using Node.js, ensuring robust and reliable server-side architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
• Optimise application performance, both on the client and server-side, to deliver fast and responsive user experiences.
• Integrate front-end components with the back-end APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and real-time updates.
• Integrate third-party RESTful APIs such as payment gateways, identity providers etc
• Work with AWS services, including RDS (Relational Database Service), Lambda (Serverless compute), and API Gateway, to build and deploy scalable and cost-effective cloud-based solutions.
• Set up and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient and automated application deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Flutter, Node.js, and AWS services to continuously improve our development processes and offerings.
