Job summary

Phastar is seeking an FSP Manager to support a global pharmaceutical client. This full-time, fully-remote role may be based in Poland. You will serve as the primary liaison between Phastar and the client, delivering client-centric staffing and account oversight with hands-on programming expertise.

Responsibilities include statistical leadership, team development, and governance. The role emphasizes regulatory knowledge, CDISC standards, and strong communication for remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Math or science-related field.
• SAS programming experience in pharma.
• Experience mentoring a programming team.
• Knowledge of clinical trial issues, design, and implementation.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and industry guidance.
• Familiarity with GCP and regulatory requirements.
• CDISC SDTM and ADaM knowledge.
• MSc or higher is advantageous.
• Customer-facing experience or study-level operations experience is advantageous.

Job description

As an FSP Manager, you will be a key member of the FSP team, supporting one of our global pharmaceutical clients. As a primary point of contact between Phastar and the client, you will provide a client-centric service that focuses on satisfying FSP client staffing and account oversight needs. You will need significant hands-on programming experience.

This role is full-time and fully-remote. The successful candidate may be based in Poland.

• Bachelors within Computer Science, Mathematics or a Science related discipline
• SAS Programming Experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of programmers
• Good awareness of clinical trial issues, design, and implementation
• Experience of regulatory submissions and associated industry guidance
• Familiarity with GCP and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of SDTM and ADaM CDISC standards
• MSc or above within Computer Science, Mathematics or a Science related discipline is advantageous
• Customer facing experience and capability - either from study-level operational relationships (for example, being a study lead) or commercial interactions is advantageous
• Recruitment process experience is advantageous
